Construction Management

The Construction Management team is responsible for the construction phase of all architectural changes on campus, in collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and the in-house architectural design and interior design teams.

In-house Construction

Project managers work with the project superintendent and the project carpenter to renovate interior spaces on campus. Services include budgeting and estimating, demolition, concrete patching, framing, sheetrock hanging and finishing, and plastic laminate and Corian countertop construction and installation.

Large Construction

Project managers oversee and coordinate the construction of new buildings and total building renovations working directly as the University's representative with general contractors.
