Well-Being Center, Queally Athletics Center, & Millhiser Gym

The new Well-Being Center & Queally Athletics Center is officially underway! It will serve as a central location for all campus healthcare, wellness education, and nutrition services, as well as a dedicated practice facility for the Spiders basketball teams. This project will also involve renovations in Millhiser Gym where a mezzanine will be added in the old basketball court to house offices for coaches, while the court itself will be transformed into an academic center for all student-athletes. Renovations will also make the building ADA accessible. The project is also seeking the first EarthCraft certification on campus. The EarthCraft program prioritizes resource efficiency, smart construction practices, and healthy indoor environmental quality that support the building’s focus on holistic well-being.
