About Us

University Facilities, part of the Business Affairs Division and the Campus Operations unit, is the largest department within the University with over 200 employees. University Facilities is made up of 3 segments: Architectural Services, Business Operations, Facilities Operations which consists of Custodial Services, Engineering Services, Landscape Services, Maintenance Services, and Communications/Professional Development. Facilities provides high-quality service to the University of Richmond community, maintaining and operating over 375 acres and 60 buildings totaling 2.8 million square feet to enhance the educational mission of the University.
