North Court (Phase 2)

About the Project

The west wing of North Court was converted from an academic building into a residence hall. This added 62 beds and replaced all windows, roofing, and mechanical/electrical systems. An elevator was also added to make the building fully accessible. A patio with accessible ramp was created between North Court and South Court as part of the renovations.
