Furniture Request

Employee Furniture Request 

Before submitting a request, please review the furniture FAQs. Then, use the furniture request form for the following:

  • Furniture needs: new furniture, broken/damaged furniture, sit-to-stand desk, mobile teaching lectern, whiteboard/glass board
  • Other items: room signage, window film, window shades
  • Space changes: reconfiguration of existing space

The form will guide you based on your responses. Once submitted, a University Interior Design Team representative will contact you within five business days to review your request.

 

Student Furniture Request

For residential-related requests for students, please use the furniture move form. The Events, Conferences, and Support Services department handles these requests such as moves, repairs, and setups.
