Employee Furniture Request

Before submitting a request, please review the furniture FAQs. Then, use the furniture request form for the following:

  • Furniture needs: new furniture, broken/damaged furniture, sit-to-stand desk, mobile teaching lectern, whiteboard/glass board
  • Other items: room signage, window film, window shades
  • Space changes: reconfiguration of existing space

The form will guide you based on your responses. Once submitted, a University Interior Design Team representative will contact you within five business days to review your request.

 

All Other Furniture Moves

Events, Conferences & Support Services handles all surplus furniture moves for faculty and staff. For general office moves, please review the General Office Move Guidelines before submitting a request.

Events, Conferences & Support Services also handles moves, repairs, and setups for all residential-related furniture requests for students.

Please complete a Work Request for the following:

  • General office moves
  • Furniture removal/disposal
  • Residence hall furniture: moves, repairs, setups
