About the Project

The project involved a full interior renovation, including a new HVAC system, electrical distribution, sprinkler system, lighting, finishes, furniture, and technology. It features offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, and lounges. To ensure uninterrupted URPD operations, a temporary air-handler and dispatch office were set up at the back of the building during demolition and construction.
